Fried Pork Chops

Do you cook pork chops often? Is there a favorite way you like to cook them?  This is mine. Say goodbye to dry pork chops. Once you fry them you will never go back. This is a go-to recipe and the breading is yummy on other meats too. The secret is Saltine crackers.

serves 8

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bisquick
12 Saltine crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg
2 tablespoons water
8 boneless loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
1.) Mix Bisquick, crackers, seasoned salt and pepper.
2.) In another bowl mix egg and water
3.) Dip pork into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture
4.) In a skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook pork in oil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, turning only once, until no longer pink in the center.
