Unpaper Product Ideas (handmade)

Surely you've heard of the Unpaper Swap by now. You've got until August 26th to sign up! It's this awesome little thing happening where you exchange cloth towels like the PeopleTowels or napkins with someone else.  Some of you might be looking for ideas and I'll be sharing some every week. This week it's all about handmade.

To start things off here is an idea for making your own cloth napkins.  Jackie over at Pleasure in Simple Things just wrote all about it.

Isn't that so cute! The best part is she found the blank napkins at IKEA for $1. In case your not the crafty type or don't have time to make your own, IKEA has other options like the ones below.

Jackie also make some really neat napkin rings you've got to check out.

Can you guess what she used to make the pattern on the bottom? You'll never believe it! Clicking on the picture will take you to her post where you can read all about it.

Still thinking you're not into making you're own but IKEA doesn't sound like something your swapmate would like. Check out all the amazing handmade options on Etsy. I adore Etsy and love to support these amazing artists. Clicking the images will give you more details. Have fun checking out these handmade options!

Do you have a favorite? Of course I'm partial to the squirrel towel but I really couldn't choose a favorite. If you're looking for more ideas follow the Pinterest board Unpaper Products. Happy Swapping!

  1. Thanks for the tip on the Pinterest board. I do love making homemade things though I tend to go in for food items. I'm always looking for gift ideas though.
