Best Caesar Salad EVER

I CRAVE Caesar salad! It has a perfectly refreshing salty taste. I whip the dressing up right in my blender and it's way better than anything you could buy at a grocery store. Did you know that most Caesar dressings that you've had are made with anchovies? How do you feel about that? I've found many people are freaked out by these little fishes. Anchovies are used in Worcestershire sauce and many other things you probably enjoy. Whenever you are eating something and there's a flavor that you just can't put your finger on it's probably anchovies. They are that secret ingredient that really makes a recipe pop!

Don't be afraid!

Ingredients
1 clove garlic
8 anchovy fillets
1/3 cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
freshly ground pepper
Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup croutons (I usually make my own,  just toss small pieces of old bread in olive oil and Italian spices and bake until toasty)
Parmesan cheese

Directions
Place the following ingredients in the blender and pulse until liquefied: garlic, anchovies, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, ground mustard and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce and top with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan.

*Add grilled chicken and make it a meal
