Have you ever had Jalapeno Poppers before? In the past I've enjoyed them both fried and grilled. Usually they are made with a cream cheese filling. This is exactly where I'm going to change it up a bit. I'm going to try baking my Poppers and filling them with Pub Cheese instead. Pub Cheese, you ask? When I was at the grocery store the other day I was lusting over the specialty cheese section, you can usually find it at the front of most stores. Thats when I spotted Pub Cheese. It's an aged cheddar thats soft and spreadable. I thought it would be perfect to use instead of cream cheese. I like to take recipes and change them up a bit. BE BRAVE! You don't have to follow recipes exactly. Think of all the different kinds of cheeses and spreads you could fill a Jalapeno with. The possibilities are endless. Please share if you have a great idea for a Jalapeno filling!
